About ME

Hello!!!!

Thank you for stopping to learn more about me and the services I provide.  My name is Kelly and I am a licensed Esthetician, Massage Therapist & Nail Technician in Illinois.

 

Helping people feel their best is my passion! I also love educating clients.  Have a skin care question? Wondering the differences between techniques? Want to know what the difference between eye cream and applying moisturizer to your eye area? I CAN HELP!

I am available evenings and weekends. While I do try and respond during off hours I do also teach esthetics during the day. 

​

I look forward to getting to know you and helping you with your skin care, massage, hair removal, and natural nail needs.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change services 

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties

All guests are welcome! Under 18 need to have a parent/guardian sign for treatment. Guests under 16 must have an adult present in the treatment room at all times.  Guests 16 & 17 must have an adult on premise at all times.

Please refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment 

Scheduling is done by appointment only

Please note that arriving late for your appointment may result in a shorter appointment time however, full payment will be required. 

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out the appropriate paperwork

24 hours notice is required for cancellation. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No showing an appointment will result in 100% fee and down payment required for any future appointments. 

Gift cards and gift certificates are to be treated as cash. Relax & Restore Spa is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.

Gift card/certificate sales are final and may not be exchanged, refunded, or returned for cash. All balances must remain on the card and have no cash value

Gift cards/certificates may be used for services and merchandise. 

Relax & Restore Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home.
